Healthy pancake recipe
Below you will find our favourite recipe for some healthy (and delicious) pancakes!

Choose your recipe, whizz everything up in a blender and you're good to go. We recommend frying them in a little coconut oil, if you don't like the taste you can get hold of "flavourless" versions now, bow chicka wah wowww. Add a bit of cinnamon or dark choc chips for a little something extra and finish with your fave topping.
3 Ingredient Paleo Pancakes
Makes 4-6 decent sized pancakes
1 large ripe banana
2 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
Makes 6 small pancakes
1/2 cup rolled oats (45g)
1 medium banana
3 1/2 tbsp milk of choice (we like almond)
pinch of salt and sweetener of choice if desired
Sweet Potato Pancakes
Makes 12 small pancakes (small are easier to cook and flip)
1 small sweet potato (200g)
200ml oat milk
200g brown rice flour
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
