Save time in your workout
Not enough hours in the day? We feel ya! You do need to make time to workout though. If you're chocca but still want to squeeze in a sesh you can save time by combining exercises. Let us explain with examples:
Squat + DB bicep curl to shoulder press
Burpee + press up
Sumo squat + DB upright row
Split squat + weighted twist
Swiss ball Plank + knee tuck + press up
By combining exercises for different body regions you get through your workout quicker and have more time for your meal prep/insta/busy social calendar.
Important note: make sure you concentrate on your form when combining exercises as a lot of them will challenge your coordination and balance (translates to core).
