Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our existing team based in Wigan, Greater Manchester.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Courses and provide support for the Administration team.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a good knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be confident on the phone and be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve targets.
Process bookings via email or phone
Check data accuracy in course bookings
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Liaise with the Course Manager to ensure courses are full
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Develop monthly sales reports
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ensure targets are met and report any deviations
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work to deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field would be beneficial
Experience of working within the Leisure Industry would be beneficial
Full Time Permanent contract, this post is available to start immediately.
Basic Salary of £18,000 per annum depending on skill and experience
