A) You do indeed. On that note, may we suggest an easily digestible, light lunch. It’s a very practical day so you may wan’t to bring a change of clothes. You’ll need a Level 2 Fitness Instructing qual also for base knowledge, if you don’t have one, give us a call and we’ll sort you out.
