Fitasylums directors, Dave and Gary, visited The Athlete Factory earlier this month and were blown away with the kit on offer in this purpose-built training facility, which is conveniently located in the grounds of Chester Rugby Club.
The Athlete Factory really is a world class training facility, it’s been designed using the Athlete Factory coaches’ vast experience in elite sport, training methodology and understanding of what actually gets results. The flow, style and range of equipment offers users the type of facility that is usually only accessed by professional sports teams and individuals.
With a watt bike studio, fuel bar, changing rooms, classroom, world class equipment and the cryo therapy unit, it’s the perfect training facility in which to commence your new career as a Personal Trainer.
Founder and Director Phil Greening has a wealth of experience in elite sport. As a player he represented England and the British & Irish Lions. Phil’s vision for the Athlete Factory was to transform where and how people train. To give people the insight knowledge and techniques learnt from elite sport to help them reach their goals no matter if you are an absolute beginner or an elite athlete.
The next course to take place in this outstanding facility starts in August but places are limited, and the course is already half full.
