Structured And Professional Personal Training Course

“It was a structured & professional course”, that was the feedback from Jack when we got the chance to ask him about his experience of enrolling onto a L3 Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer Course with Fitasylum last year.

Jack had always had a love of fitness, and in October 2021 he decided to stop dreaming about becoming a Personal Trainer and start following his passion. Jack already worked in a gym, so decided to ask his colleagues, who they’d completed their Personal Trainer Course with, and if they had any recommendations on where to take his Personal Training qualification. He quickly realised most of them had taken their course with the same company. That company turned out to be Fitasylum and they all highly recommended he contact us if he was serious about starting a new career in the fitness industry.

Jack decided to do a little research first and soon discovered that the courses delivered by Fitasylum were not only well structured but professional too, and once he’d spoken to Fitasylum’s admin support team, he quickly realised it was the right course for him and signed up onto an online course.

Jack was allocated Nathan as his Course Tutor. We asked Jack what was the support like from his tutor? “Nathan gave me great support, he really helped me and was very prompt when I asked for help. He also booked 1-2-1s with me promptly too, which helped me with continuing to progress” he told us. We went on to ask him about the support from the Admin Support Team. “The Team were also brilliant and always responded to me quickly” he added. It’s always great to hear that the Team here at Fitasylum are always on hand to support and guide learners through their fitness qualifications.

Having the support is great but what about the resources and learning materials you receive when you enrol on a fitness qualification with Fitasylum? We asked Jack that very question.

Fitasylum use Active IQ to regulate the qualifications it offers. Active IQ, are one of the UK’s leading awarding organisations for the active leisure, learning and wellbeing sector. They are continually developing and strive to provide high-quality teaching and learning resources for all its qualifications, with that said we asked Jack “I thought the learning resources were good. I always used the PDF units and the videos, I enjoyed learning the content most enjoyable. I also liked the option of live video assessments which suited me much more.”

“The course I did with Fitasylum was great and I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to become a Personal Trainer”.

So how long does it take to complete a Personal Trainer Qualification? Well, everyone is different but in Jack’s case he really blasted through it. 14 weeks, yes that’s right, Jack completed the Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training qualification in less than 14 weeks.

So, what’s Jack up to now he’s a qualified Personal Trainer? We asked the man himself, “I used the skills I learnt on the course, to set up my own Personal Training Company, the skills have really helped me in the gym I work at as well”. Jack then added that “The course I did with Fitasylum was great and I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to become a Personal Trainer”.
