Like many of our students, Ashleigh-Jade didn’t set out to change careers overnight. It started with a conversation.

Signing up for our Level 3 Gym Instructing & Personal Training course meant Ashleigh-Jade could begin to lay the foundations for something of her own. Something big!

Ashleigh hit the ground running.

While still working full-time, she started building her community and coaching clients. Since qualifying, she’s taken the leap — becoming fully self-employed and launching her own brand: AJ Fitwell.
She’s now a 1:1 online coach and the host of 12-week fitness events that are absolutely thriving.
They’re not just popular — they sell out. Consistently. Her most recent event was backed by major industry names including Symprove, Grenade, Mojo, Puresport, and Ride. The impact she’s having is impossible to ignore.

And she’s not stopping! Ashleigh-Jade is still looking to “continue growing my business and selling out my events.” Based on her momentum so far, she’s well on her way!
