Absolutely not. In fact, there can be added benefits to not being in your 20s when you start your PT career.
Age is often associated with wisdom, and in the PT industry, this can work to your advantage. You may find that clients respect your experience and maturity over a younger PT.
There's a growing trend of people turning to fitness later in life. They might not feel comfortable having a PT in their 20s training them, so they actively seek out older PTs at the gym. This makes you part of a larger movement in the fitness industry.
Age is not a barrier, and you should feel encouraged and motivated to pursue your passion for fitness.
